9yyy Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities on the Platform

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on the 9yyy platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identity details, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4.1 Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and any other fields required by the registration form. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms.

4.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

9yyy is required to verify the identity of all users prior to permitting real-money play or processing withdrawals. KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• A valid Pakistani national identity card (CNIC) or passport.
• Proof of address dated within the last three months.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., JazzCash account registered in your name).

4.3 Account Security

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9yyy platform. Engaging in any of the following will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one account, or using another person's account.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any non-human means to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the platform's software, RNG systems, or sportsbook algorithms.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or insider information exploitation in connection with betting markets.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any other financial crime.

• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward 9yyy staff or other users.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the 9yyy platform without authorisation.

All content on the 9yyy platform, including but not limited to the 9yyy brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, written content, graphics, and software, is the proprietary intellectual property of 9yyy or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any 9yyy content without prior written authorisation from 9yyy.
